1 Minute Max KB Swings (53,35)
1 Minute Max BB Squat Jumps
1 Minute Plank
1 Minute Rest

–one person will start each each station,
Including the rest. The goal is to get as many reps as possible at each station. Keep track of total reps if you like. Or just have fun with it.
