Metcon (Weight)
You have 30 mins to set a max Clean and Jerk…
following these rules…

At 0:00 Start with an Open Barbell and perform 1 C&J…
get it done anyway you want as long as at the end of the Jerk you hold it over your head, with your feet returned to parallel and you show control

Then perform the following:
Row 200M if every round you will climb by 2.5# weights each side
Row 250M if every round you will climb by 5# weights each side
Row 300M If every round you will climb by 10# weights each round

You MUST complete at least 5 rounds;
7 is a preferred minimum, and it’s just impressive if you can complete 8 rounds or more
