– Snatch Pull (you can work down and up if you want)
– Snatch Pull Under
– Full Snatch

Assign HPSnatch, Hang Snatch or Snatch to each athlete based on warm up

Snatch (3RM for the day E2Mx5)
Starting at about 40% 1RM if known
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

4 Snatches (135,95) (Rx+) (110,75) (Rx)
40 Double Unders or 200M Run (depending on weather)
250M Row (or 10/7 AB Cals)
