Bear Crawl heavy on the hands, light on the feet

1. Cals AB (work 45 secs) (Reset every round) Slowly hit STOP 3x
2. Burpees

* Highest Score per class wins an Rx Bar or a Kill Cliff

Min 3- BB Bicep Curls
