Broad Jumps (4 Attempts at a max Broad Jump)
Stand at start line and two foot jump as far as you can…you closest body part to the start will be your measured distance 🙂

Reps = # of inches jumped (clear)
Push Jerk (3RM from Racks – 15 mins to set)
Technique work…only add weight if your technique feels good or coach approved
