Right before you hit the building, take a left at the CROSSFIT sign.

25 Med ball Situp Throws each (one partner does situp throw- one partner stands to catch and return the ball)
–In this Workout partner 1 will complete all 25 reps then partner 2 will complete all 25 reps of same movement before moving on to the next movement–
